DEPARTME NT: Quality & Training / Learning & Development REPORTS TO: Lead – Instructional Design / Training Manager To design, develop, and optimize high-quality learning solutions (including AI-augmented and digital learning experiences) that enable employees to perform effectively and comply with organizational standards and business goals. The ideal candidate will combine instructional design expertise with familiarity with AI-enhanced learning tools and digital content development.
