The role

As the Installation and Site Technician Capability Manager, you will:

• Manage a skilled team of Installation Technicians across multiple UK sites, providing structured guidance and ensuring all personnel have the required training and qualifications.
• Plan and oversee operations, proactively solving problems and stepping in to support hands‑on tasks when necessary.
