Monitor performance levels of Locate Service Providers to ensure timely, safe and accurate locate services. Follow up with Locate Service Providers on corrective actions.
Provide support for damage prevention investigations which include performing inaccurate locate reviews, supporting claims dispute and resolution. Act as local liaison with TSSA, Field Operations employees, Locate Service Providers and Insurance Services with respect to excavation damages and locate issues.
Lead local damage prevention awareness sessions for the excavating community. Support Field Operations employees in damage prevention activities.
Implementation and oversight of locate service offerings (i.e., Alternative Locate Agreements, Locate Office/Field Clears).
Promotion of the Locate Alliance Consortium, Ontario Regional Common Ground Alliance, Ontario One Call, and participation on geographic based committees.
