A growing and well‑regarded regional law firm is seeking a Restructuring & Insolvency Partner to lead and expand its specialist offering in Guildford. This is a strategic hire, offering the opportunity to shape and develop the practice within a supportive, commercially focused environment.

You will handle a broad range of complex insolvency and restructuring matters, advising clients across contentious and non‑contentious scenarios, including administrations, CVAs, receiverships and distressed business situations.
