Role

• Support senior colleagues advising on more complex business restructurings, insolvency processes and disputes
• Draft and prepare legal documentation
• Work with clients to gather information and provide progress updates

You

• 2+ years PQE in Corporate law
• Experience of supporting more senior fee earners with a wide range of insolvency issues
• Motivated and ambitious
• Excellent interpersonal skills
