We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to drive admissions for our online degree programs by leading a team of sales executives and ensuring the achievement of enrollment targets. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, coaching the team on consultative selling, monitoring performance metrics, and enhancing conversion rates. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in inside sales (preferably in EdTech or education), and the ability to build high-performing teams while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
