Key Responsibilities
SALES DEVELOPMENT (50%):
- Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
- Identify and qualify potential clients
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Set meetings and appointments for RMs
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs and lead generation target
SALES ADMINISTRATION (50%):
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and trackers
- Update and manage CRM systems and prospect database
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, customer care)
- Monitor installations status and support sales execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or sales support roles
