Specific job functions

• Customer Inquiries initiated by Outside Sales
• Product selection and sizing of electric, pneumatic and hydraulic actuators, controls and other instruments like solenoids, positioners, limit switches. Inside Sales may enlist assistance of:
  • Rotork Sales team
  • Other Rotork offices
  • Engineering – to produce design requirements, sizing, and estimated costing
  • Purchasing – to secure supplier quotations to estimate material costs
• Consolidation and documentation of projected cost and delivery estimates.
• Determining proper pricing levels using guidelines set by the General Manager to support profit and sales targets.
• Producing the customer quotation, to include:
  • Commercial terms
  • Technical information about the products being quoted
