Key position functions include:
Review of initial tender/bid documents to assess the company’s ability to participate in competitive bid situations. RFQ review would include: Ability to assess the need and to quote the product requirements
Ability to conform to financial requirements. This could include identifying countries that are currently being boycotted by US or Canadian Governments or that Canadian banks will not deal with in terms of currency.
Ability to perform Contract Review.
Ability to manage product delivery requirements and Production Schedules.
Ability to manage QA and Documentation requirements.
Ability to deal with specific agent and/or rep involvement
Ability to meet bid timeline.
