This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional to develop their career, working with existing customers to drive sales and deliver exceptional service.

The Role:

• Handle orders via email and phone, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
• Upsell and suggest related products to increase revenue.
• Manage opportunities from marketing and outside sales.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, resolving any order issues or backorders.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
