Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and SMS to support interviews and placements.
• Manage employer relationships and track hiring metrics to meet KPIs.
• Match candidates for suitable roles and explain job benefits and requirements.
• Review profiles and suggest resume improvements.
• Address hiring needs and promote organization’s candidates and services.
• Schedule interviews and submit qualified candidates regularly.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• High school graduate
• 2 years contact center experience in (B2B/SaaS)
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
