The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities for clinical research services in both outsourcing (CRO/FSP) and resourcing solutions. This position requires excellent communication skills, scientific understanding, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors. They will spend time researching information for target accounts, conducting outbound calls, sending company information, and setting up meetings with potential customers.
