Responsibilities

• Managing incoming sales requests
• Supporting quotations and order processing
• Maintaining customer data in the CRM tool
• Assisting the sales team and sales partners with day‑to‑day activities when required
• Providing basic technical and commercial support to maintain customer satisfaction and revenue growth
• Processing customer orders
• Verifying stock levels
• Handling inbound leads and customer accounts (EPCs, OEMs, end users, distributors); keeping regular contact by phone/email and searching for upsell or repeat business
