We are seeking dynamic Inside Sales Executives to support a US-based client in reactivating dormant customer accounts. This is a full-cycle sales role involving research, outreach, quoting, and order placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct account research and update CRM data
• Perform outbound calls and email outreach
• Re-engage inactive customers and rebuild relationships
• Generate quotes and assist in order placement
• Maintain CRM records and follow-up schedules
• Collaborate with internal teams for escalations
