Our client is a reputable Global Logistics Provider. Currently, they are seeking a suitably qualified candidate to join them as Inside Sales cum Sales Support Executive.

In this role, you will be contributing in the following areas :

• Responsible for managing daily sales activities in the freight forwarding & logistics industry, including customers enquiries , sales quotations, shipment coordination & supporting the sales in any other activities to achieve business goals
• Proactively reach out to leads, prospects and customers. Cold calling is required
• Organizing and assisting nurture leads to ensure no opportunities are overlooked & capturing them in CRM
• Ability to prioritize tasks & balance multiple responsibilities during fast paced sales activities
