            Job Description

Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers, delivering high levels of customer service 
Provide technical assistance on quotations and specifications, supporting both standard and customized solutions
Prepare, produce, and issue accurate and timely quotations including supporting documentation and drawings
Ensure all quotations are correctly recorded, tracked, and aligned with departmental KPIs
Verify technical documentation, specifications, and customer purchase orders before contracts are booked
Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries within agreed service level timescales
Support the full process from quotation through to order booking, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Work collaboratively within a large customer service team to achieve shared objectives
