Maintain the assigned client portfolio by following up on orders and providing product information, delivering outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and business growth to meet company objectives.
Work collaboratively with the sales, product, and other business areas to meet sales quotas for the assigned clients.
Answer direct client inquiries via email, phone, and corporate WhatsApp, ensuring satisfaction and sales efficiency.
Make daily calls to clients who have not purchased within the month to offer current campaigns and address any requests (1-hour daily call window).
Guide clients on products according to established guidelines and assist them with questions and problem-solving.
Manage and track regular and special orders, ensuring agreed delivery dates and handling any incidents or errors.
