Responsibilities

• Contact and engage prospective clients generated through marketing campaigns, property portals, and company databases.
• Qualify leads by understanding their property requirements, budget, preferred location, and buying timeline.
• Schedule appointments and property viewings for Real Estate Consultants.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients and nurture relationships.
• Update and manage client information accurately in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily call targets and lead conversion objectives.
• Coordinate with agents to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to viewing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, call center, or real estate sales.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages such as Hindi, Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin will be an advantage).
