**What You'll Do**

+ Review inpatient medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM/PCS codes
+ Ensure compliant MS-DRG/APR-DRG assignment and documentation
+ Collaborate with Clinical Documentation Specialists and providers
+ Maintain quality, productivity, and coding compliance standards
+ Work with Epic, 3M Encoder, 3M Audit Expert, and other coding tools

**What We're Looking For**

High School Diploma or GED
Strong inpatient coding experience
Knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, MS-DRG/APR-DRG, CMS, CCI, and coding guidelines
