About the role

Working within the Control & Signalling (C&S) Innovation team, the Innovation Leader drives innovative offer creation in the C&S Signaling and Relay product families in Singapore. The role requires creativity and business acumen, leading initiatives that cultivate an innovation-friendly culture, streamline new idea execution, and unlock value for the organization and its customers. This position reports to the C&S Innovation Project Director.

What will you do?

• Fully understand all stakeholders and functions involved in the design and development process of an innovative product
• Act as a catalyst for customer‑centric innovation, aligning teams around Design Thinking and VoC practices across disciplines
