Role Objective:

We are looking for a seasoned innovations professional to own the end-to-end New Product

Development (NPD) pipeline across our Hair & Skin Care business — from trend-led concept

creation to in-market commercialization. You will be the critical thread connecting R&D,

Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Packaging to bring breakthrough products to life, on time

and on brief.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead projects from ideation, concept brief, formulation, regulatory, packaging, consumer

validation through to commercial launch.

- Monitor global beauty, ingredients, and consumer lifestyle trends;
translate insights into

actionable innovation briefs and concept territories.

- Brief R&D/3P partners, evaluate prototypes, and align formulation chemistry to product
