Injection Molding Technician

Summary

Responsible for setup, mold changes, troubleshooting, and optimizing injection molding machines to ensure quality, uptime, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machines and tooling
• Perform mold changes and troubleshoot issues
• Monitor production, quality, and efficiency
• Make process improvements to reduce scrap and downtime
• Complete basic maintenance and documentation

Qualifications

• 2+ years injection molding experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of plastics processing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Shifts

• 1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 3:30pm - 11pm
