We're looking for an experienced Injection Molding Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team and support efficient, high-quality production operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating and setting up injection molding machines
• Familiar with troubleshooting and debugging horizontal injection molding machines, with the ability to independently resolve common molding defects
• Able to read and understand basic 2D technical drawings and identify quality standards for both appearance and structural plastic parts
• Knowledge of commonly used plastic materials such as PP, ABS, and PS, including their characteristics and drying processes
• Strong hands-on skills with the ability to assist in mold assembly and disassembly
• Possess good quality awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to record production and defect data accurately
