            Responsibilities  Monitor system performance, capacity, and error logs; fine-tune configurations as needed. 
Troubleshoot incidents, apply hotfixes/patches, and coordinate with vendors/product teams for permanent resolutions. 
Create and maintain knowledge base documentation and operational runbooks. 
Implement proactive monitoring and alerting to prevent recurrence of issues. 
Identify and recommend opportunities for optimization, automation, and performance improvements. 
Provide support for hardware and infrastructure issues escalated from the customer team. 
Proactively identify and resolve performance issues. 
 Required Skills & Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
