Responsibilities:
Support and maintain enterprise infrastructure across Windows Server, RHEL/Linux, VMware, servers, storage, firewalls, and monitoring tools.
Monitor system health, respond to alerts and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
Support patching, OS upgrades, firmware updates, and planned infrastructure changes.
Monitor backup, recovery and replication activities to help ensure data availability.
Support root-cause analysis and preventive actions for recurring infrastructure issues.
