Responsibilities
- Perform upgrades of existing hosting central infrastructure
- Drive central hosting infrastructure expansions and decommissioning
Hardware Management
- Software evaluations and version evaluations for hosting infrastructure components
- Hardware evaluation, testing and documentation.
Support Management
- Analysis of vendor CVEs and providing action plans on current network product set
- Acting as escalation point for the Operations division
- Track software bugs, work with vendors on resolution when issues are escalated from operations
- Support Annual Audits
- Platform support for Managed Services
- Coach Junior Engineers
Required Experience / Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of implementation and configuration of at least three of the supporting technologies listed below:
