We’re looking for a dynamic IT Support Engineer who is proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to take ownership of IT systems and infrastructure support. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking, and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hardware & Infrastructure Support
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, servers, cameras, access control devices, and Wi‑Fi access points.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and ensure proper functioning of all IT hardware.
- Provide first‑level support and troubleshooting for hardware‑related issues.
- Manage user accounts, licences, and permissions in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
- Provide day‑to‑day support for email and collaboration tools including Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint Online.
