We’ve partnered with a leading enterprise client looking for an experienced ITSM Consultant with strong hands‑on BMC Helix expertise to join a major transformation programme in Dubai.

This is a contract role with immediate start preferred and strong extension potential.

What you’ll be doing

• Configuring and optimising BMC Helix ITSM environments
• Working across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge and CMDB modules
• Designing workflows, SLAs and service catalogue processes
• Supporting Digital Workplace and Smart IT administration
• Driving workflow automation and AI‑assisted service management initiatives
• Managing CMDB modelling, service mapping and data quality
