Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for all servicing of computer PC hardware.
• Maintain licenses for all software and ensure that the proper maintenance contacts cover all systems.
• Maintain a sufficient inventory of computer related supplies.
• Maintain a log of all computer hardware and a log of all service calls on computer hardware.
• Manage the configuration records, programme files and data files on the computer system.
• Monitor the performance of the computer software and maintain a log of performance reports, error and integrity check reports, system malfunctions and solutions.
