Key Technical Expertise - Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, Group Policy
- VMware and Microsoft Hyper‑V virtualization
- Backup & Disaster Recovery (Veeam, Acronis, etc.)
- SAN & NAS storage environments
- Networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching
- Security: Fortinet/Cisco firewalls, VPNs, WAN & SD‑WAN
- Cloud & Monitoring: Microsoft Azure, AWS, and network monitoring tools
- Microsoft 365 & Identity: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD / Entra ID
- Endpoint & Security: EDR, SIEM fundamentals, vulnerability management
- SQL Server (basic knowledge)
- Unified Communications: Avaya, Hikvision CCTV, ZK attendance systems.
