Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Onsite Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for end users in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting Windows systems, supporting enterprise hardware and software, managing IT assets, and ensuring accurate asset tracking and labeling.

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite desktop and end-user technical support. Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 10/11 hardware and software issues. Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices. Perform hardware replacements, upgrades, and break/fix activities. Support Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams. Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions using Active Directory.
