Define and own the R&D Information & Knowledge Strategy and roadmap, aligned with digital transformation and AI priorities
Partner with Digital and Data Leads and senior R&D leaders to align knowledge products with strategic priorities. Translate complex scientific knowledge needs and prioritized use cases into technical solutions and communicate roadmap and value to leadership
Own end-to-end information pipelines – from unstructured data ingestion (publications, lab notebooks, regulatory submissions) to exploitable context layer and knowledgebases powered by NLP, LLMs and Agentic AI workflows
Procure and deliver scientific information services, competitive intelligence tools and literature mining platforms, including vendor management
Set governance standards for information quality, lineage and lifecycle across CP R&D, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, IP and data security
