Job Summary Perform broad variety of local IT services incl. maintenance of IT hardware and network components, 2nd level user support, and local area network/infrastructure applications support.
Job Responsibilities - Install, maintain, configure, support, and protect the local computer network, including hardware (e.g. clients, printers) and standard software resources
- Control network reliability and effective use of IT equipment.
- Implement and install defined infrastructure and software standards locally.
- Provide local 2nd level user support.
- Coordinate local 3rd party IT infrastructure and IT support suppliers.
Job Requirements - Education & Experience
- Min. Diploma in IT related fields with at least 1 year related experience
- Good Problem Solving Skills / Project and Data Management
