Jazz Aviation is hiring an Inflight Operations Coordinator in Vancouver. Become central to our inflight operations and ensure our Flight Attendants have everything they need to succeed.
As a key player in the Western region's operations, you will act as the operational anchor supporting our cabin crew. Your duties will include tracking performance trends, managing irregularity reports, and coordinating leave. Stay organized while working with various departments to facilitate smooth communications and transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate disruptions and identify root causes
• Support Flight Attendants with operational best practices
• Oversee absenteeism tracking and flag concerns
• Manage leave processes for team members
• Prepare monthly reports for Crew Resources
Requirements:
• High school diploma is required; able to obtain RAIC
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication
