The Role

Victoria Health Club is looking for energetic, confident and motivated people to join our Swim School team. 

Our Infant Swim Teachers deliver swimming lessons to a wide variety of ages and abilities. Successful applicants will be effective communicators who demonstrate a strong attention to detail. 

You will possess strong time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision. Relevant industry qualifications are essential. 

Skills & Attributes:

  • Energetic, innovative and decisive teaching style
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends and must be empathetic to the needs of the classes
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable part of the team
