This role focuses on sewing seating fabric and materials to meet production and service order requirements, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and quality initiatives.
Position: Industrial Sewing Machine Operator
Location: Clinton Township
Shift: 2nd Shift – Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $17–$19/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (overtime as needed)
Key Responsibilities
Operate industrial sewing machines to sew fabric, leather, and foam for seat covers and service orders.
Support material flow through sewing and embroidery operations.
Perform routine maintenance and preventive care on machines and equipment.
Inspect products for quality, craftsmanship, and adherence to standards.
