Ensure full compliance with all applicable Central and State Labour Laws , including timely implementation of statutory amendments. Obtain, renew, and manage labour licenses and ensure submission of half-yearly and annual statutory returns within prescribed timelines. Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and documentation under PF, ESI, CLRA, BOCW, Minimum Wages , and other applicable labour legislations. Handle disciplinary matters , misconduct cases, charge sheets, and conduct domestic enquiries in line with principles of natural justice.
