**Key Responsibilities**

+ Prepare surfaces and apply industrial coatings using spray guns and painting equipment.
+ Safely handle paints, coatings, and hazardous materials while following all hazmat and safety procedures.
+ Wear and properly utilize respirators and required personal protective equipment (PPE).
+ Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, grinders, drill presses, and related equipment.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specification manuals.
+ Inspect, test, and verify completed products meet engineering and customer specifications.
+ Repair, rework, or replace defective components and assemblies.
+ Use precision measurement tools including calipers, gauges, and micrometers to ensure accuracy.
+ Install piping, fixtures, wiring, and other components using hand tools, rivet guns, and welding equipment.
