**Job Title: Industrial Painter**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on industrial painting in a dedicated paint building, using a spray gun and polyurethane paint to finish parts and equipment. You may also operate blasting equipment as needed. The position is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. You will work in a small team of 2–3 people and will often handle multiple tasks independently while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Apply polyurethane paint using a spray gun to industrial parts and equipment in the paint building.
+ Operate blasting equipment to prepare surfaces for painting when required.
+ Perform industrial painting tasks that may also draw on experience from automotive, commercial, or residential painting.
