Education and Experience Academic background in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry or related fields. Master's degree in Administration or Operations Management is a strong plus. 5 to 10 years of senior management or director‑level experience in operations, preferably within international pharmaceutical companies. English language proficiency at C1 level (indispensable). Technical Knowledge Expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including aseptic processing. Advanced interpretation of international regulations: SADER, FDA, USDA, EPA, EMA and other global compliance standards. Specialist in Lean Manufacturing methodologies such as SMED, OEE, Pull Flow, TPM, and 5 S. Proficient in supply‑chain optimization using S&OP; tools.
