**Industrial Millwright - Night Shift, Monticello, AR**

Interfor is seeking skilled, safety-minded, and motivated individuals to join our team as an **Industrial Millwright - Night Shift** in **Monticello** . The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving industrial equipment throughout the mill to support safe and efficient production operations. The pay range for this position is **$29.35** per hour up to **$40.94** per hour based on skill level and experience. This is a **Night Shift** position.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Read and understand equipment drawings and blueprints.
+ Perform routine preventative maintenance duties.
+ Cut, weld, and perform fabrication work with different types of steel.
+ Assess and repair machinery and hydraulic problems in a timely manner.
+ Determine shaft sizes, measure up, and build shafts for replacement.
+ Recognize and change sprockets, bearings, and chains etc...
