Amentum is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician Apprentice to join our 3rd shift manufacturing team in Decatur, IL!

The Industrial Maintenance Apprentice will have the opportunity to assist and job shadow senior technicians, improving job skill and industry exposure while performing preventive maintenance on a wide variety of facility and process related equipment, such as industrial electrical systems and lighting, overhead doors, pumps and motors, valves, conveyors, motors, pumps, electrical control systems, automated equipment and piping, etc.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Conducts planned preventive maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance actions (lubrication, cleaning, filter changes, etc.) as scheduled in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
