Collecting documents from the potential candidate for the purpose of job offer letter generation and administration.
Ensure the documents received are well completed and provide to the recruiters for salary proposal preparation.
Assist to clear mailbox and ensure the email is delivered to the correct recipients.

Interface with Internal Parties
Responsible for end to end management of internal customers (managers/employees/HR) enquiries via phone and/or email in an effective, discrete, professional manner and respecting data privacy constraints.
