• Interview Coordination
  • Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Send interview invitations and follow-up communication
  • Support virtual and onsite interview arrangements
• Document Collection & Processing
  • Assist in collecting and verifying candidate documents
  • Prepare and organize onboarding-related documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality and accurate filing of candidate information
• Administrative Support
  • Update recruitment trackers and databases
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the PS TA team
• Project & Event Support
  • Assist in PS TA related projects, process improvements, or HR initiatives
  • Support coordination of HR events
  • Participate in internal team projects as assigned
