**Who We Are**

We are the Cisco Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) Program Management Office (PMO) team.

Our core responsibilities include:

+ Comprehensive execution tracking.
+ Facilitating internal and external communications.
+ Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
+ Defining and developing program execution process flows.

We manage these activities across two primary vectors: Cisco’s ASIC products throughout the full Product Life Cycle (PLC), from initial definition to mass production. Complex, cross-functional Research and Development (R&D) activities that support our product ecosystem.
