About The Role As part of the Operations Engineering team at Wescam, the Industrial Engineer will contribute to a broad range of initiatives. This role will play a key part in improving process efficiency, supporting facility planning and layout, advancing our in‑country assembly (ICA) initiatives, and driving our e3 savings targets across the organization. You’ll work cross‑functionally to implement process improvements, develop and maintain metrics, support project execution, and enhance operational flow and capacity at multiple Wescam locations.

This is a hands‑on, multifaceted role for someone who enjoys solving problems, driving change, and contributing to both strategic planning and on‑the‑ground execution.
