The Industrial Engineer will analyze, design, and improve engineering systems and operational processes related to vehicle development, testing, and validation.
The role applies industrial engineering principles, data analysis, and model based methods to enhance efficiency, quality, reliability, and resource utilization across engineering operations.
Responsibilities:
Analyze engineering workflows, testing processes, and system performance to identify efficiency improvements and reduce variability.
Develop and evaluate analytical models and simulations using MATLAB/Simulink to support process optimization and system validation.
Support model based development and verification activities, including MIL, SIL, and HIL testing, to improve validation efficiency and reliability.
