Job Summary:



The Industrial Engineer is responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving systems, processes, and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. This role focuses on optimizing operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.



Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering

With or without experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Knowledgeable in process improvement, time and motion studies, and operations management

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Good communication and interpersonal skills
