EXPERIENCE DEPTH: 1+ years of proven, hands-on experience working as an industrial electrician or electrical maintenance technician within an automated manufacturing or packaging environment. INDUSTRY FOCUS: Direct exposure to the unique safety, cleanliness, and electrical sealing standards required in food manufacturing, beverage processing, or similar highly regulated, high-hygiene production sectors. TECHNICAL LITERACY: High proficiency in reading, interpreting, and translating three-phase power schematics, electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control circuit logic. EARNING POTENTIAL: $42.00 to $44.00 per hour baseline starting rate + an elite premium overtime structure:

1.5x Time-and-a-Half paid daily for any hours worked over 8 in a single shift.
