**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**

The Indirect Procurement Department is accountable for the supply management activities across all categories of Bass Pro indirect spend (e.g., Logistics, Marketing, IT, Facilities, etc.). To maximize the efficiency of its work, the Procurement Department has selected a suite of software tools that support the company’s supply management activities. The Operational Analysts assist with the system and contract administration required to support the organization

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

+ Assists with preparing, routing and tracking contract documents, assists in uploading completed contracts and the corresponding metadata into the contract administration module, and produces reports on contract status for the entire organization
+ Supports the maintenance of data feeds to the spend analytics module that tracks and classifies all indirect spend, and provides the first level of analysis on data accuracy and completeness
